You can also complain to SEMA via their Website. You should also make a complaint to the DWP to get compensation for any harm caused. A form can be obtained from any DWP office. To get an investigation started into any anomalies in your case you will first need to complain to your local MP. They will probably write to the DWP on your behalf, this sometimes gets results. If not, ask your MP to support an application to the Parliamentary Ombudsman. He has powers to investigate any government department, and also to get you compensation if applicable. These processes can take months, so above all else, don't give up!
