The Benefits Agency's own web site contains information about complaints and appeals as well as all the benefits.

The DLAAB is the advisory board to the government regarding DLA.
  See the 2003 DLAAB Annual Report.

The House of Commons with lists of ministers and MPs so you can find your own MPs name and email (in some cases) to contact them. Also of interest are the Subject Groups that list all the MPs etc that are associated with a particular interest, e.g. MS or Asthma.

The Disability UK pages offer lots of advice and active help, well worth a look especially if you like taking action!

The IdeaList people maintain a huge list of organisations.

bhas
has a step-by-step Guide to claiming Disability Living allowance for
adults experiencing mental health problems, which can be downloaded from
www.bhas.org.uk/ The guide is featured on www.rightsnet.org.uk and has links
from most of the major mental health charities. It is suitable for use by
service users, care workers, health professionals and carers. The site also
features a guide to appealing against DLA decisions.  You will need Adobe Acrobat reader to read the downloaded files.
